At Realcore, we are deeply committed to respecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, register an account, or play the game, and how that information is handled securely and responsibly.

• Account Credentials: When creating an account, you provide an account number, password, and optional email address. Passwords are immediately encrypted using one-way cryptographic algorithms with unique salts; they are never readable by staff or stored in plain text.
• Gameplay & Character Data: We store character attributes (name, level, vocation, skills, equipment, house tenancy, and guild membership) necessary to run the persistent game world.
• Technical & Access Logs: For server protection, rate limiting, and anti-abuse mechanisms, we log IP addresses and connection timestamps associated with registrations and logins.
• Payment Data: When purchasing Realcoins, transactions are processed directly by certified third-party payment providers (such as Efí Bank or Stripe). We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank login details on our servers.

• To authenticate your identity when connecting to the game client and logging in to the website.
• To protect against malicious attacks, brute-force hacking, automated registration spam, and unauthorized account access.
• To assist you with account recovery when requested using your Recovery Key or registered email address.
• To maintain leaderboard rankings, highscores, and character auction ledgers.

Realcore uses only strictly necessary first-party HTTP cookies (e.g. REALCORE_WEB) to maintain active user sessions and secure forms against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, user profiling trackers, or invasive analytics services.

You have complete control over your account. From your Account Settings, you may schedule character or account deletion at any time:

• A 30-day grace period is initiated upon deletion request, protecting you against accidental deletions or account compromises.
• You may cancel the deletion at any time during this grace period simply by logging in.
• Once the grace period concludes, your account and all associated character records are permanently purged from the active database.
