By creating an account, downloading or executing the game client, accessing this website, or participating in any Realcore services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

• Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and Recovery Key. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.
• Account Sharing: Account sharing is strongly discouraged. Staff will not intermediate disputes arising from shared or compromised accounts.
• Real-Money Trading (RMT): Trading accounts, characters, items, or currency for real-world currency outside the official website systems is strictly forbidden. Legitimate character transactions must be performed exclusively via the Character Bazaar.

To maintain an enjoyable, competitive, and fair gaming environment for all adventurers, the following infractions are strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate enforcement:

• Third-Party Automation & Cheating: Utilizing macros, cavebots, auto-targeting, auto-healers, packet inject software, or memory modification tools is completely banned. All gameplay actions must be driven manually by a human player.
• Bug Exploitation: Abusing software flaws, map glitches, duping mechanics, or technical oversights is forbidden. Any discovered vulnerability must be disclosed promptly and privately to the administration team.
• Harassment & Severe Misconduct: Hate speech, racial slurs, extreme toxicity, doxxing, stalking, real-life threats, and harassment of fellow players or staff members are not tolerated.
• Staff Impersonation: Claiming to represent the Realcore administration, Gamemasters, or tutors, or creating names misleadingly similar to staff members, is grounds for permanent banishment.

• Nature of Donations: All donations are made voluntarily to support server maintenance, dedicated hardware hosting, domain services, bandwidth, and ongoing software development.
• Virtual Goods: Realcoins are non-monetary virtual convenience tokens. Realcoins possess no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for fiat currency.
• Finality of Transactions: Once a payment is confirmed and coins are credited to your account balance, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will lead to permanent termination of associated accounts.

Realcore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability:

• Scheduled server saves, maintenance updates, and unforeseen network interruptions may occur.
• The administration reserves the right to modify game parameters, monster attributes, spawn rates, or mechanics in order to preserve game balance and long-term world health.

We reserve the right to issue warnings, apply temporary game locks, remove unlawfully obtained items, reset statistics, or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Use or threatens server integrity.

Realcore is an independent, non-profit community server developed for educational, archival, and entertainment purposes. All original trademarks, game sprites, and artwork remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Realcore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CipSoft GmbH.
